Faith and Flourish Return and Refund Policy

At Faith and Flourish, we are committed to providing high-quality products that reflect your values and style. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • Eligibility: Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Non-Returnable Items: Custom-made or personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Refunds

  • Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • Approval: If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
  • Exclusions: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).

Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or design, please return the item and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Provide photos of the issue and your order details so we can resolve it promptly. We will replace the item or issue a refund as needed.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at faithandflourishapparel@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.

Additional Notes

  • Faith and Flourish is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.
  • Items sent back without prior communication will not be accepted.
  • Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for refunds or returns.
